Mike has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a love of Colorado which he never minds bringing together. Born and raised in Colorado, Mike accepted the opportunity to swim for the University of North Dakota (Go Sioux!) where he received a degree in Management Information Systems. Since 2002, when he founded One Resolution, llc, he has designed, programmed and delivered over 100 websites, numerous in-depth applications, and overseen the development of sophisticated back end management systems and much more.
Mike has a deep understanding of technology platforms, coding languages, integration and how things should work. He is able to explore in-depth concepts with developers and in that same conversation explain the inner workings to clients. He has a unique ability to bring two worlds together for a successful project. With over 15 years of real world experience, development, design, and consulting there is no project Mike cannot provide a solution for. Somewhat a "jack of all trades", Mike has a very strong worth ethic and willingness to always go above and beyond in all situations.

Rob is a passionate Vail local and Colorado native. After graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he played lacrosse and received degrees in both Economics and Spanish; he soon found his way back to the mountains, where he has become an integral part of the One Resolution team.
As an Account Manager and One Resolution’s Social Media Consultant, Rob specializes in helping your business create and implement effective and sustainable solutions in Social Media Marketing. Rob is in charge of helping manage and oversee your company’s efforts in this growing field on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube which have become essential tools to help you engage your customer and educate them on your brand and products. His expertise in social media and specifically his creativity in crafting marketing efforts in this field has proven to be quintessential to forward-looking companies. In addition, Rob is a very experienced writer and offers our clients assistance with blogging and distributing information to customers.
